Agrotast Es Molinot is part of Ramells de Maig, a project born out of a passion for and commitment to the region.
Their goal is to rediscover and highlight the culinary and cultural roots of the Balearic Islands, using locally sourced products, local ingredients, and a responsible approach to the environment.
